Return and Exchange Policy
AT NEXORA, We offer a size exchange/broken product exchange policy only, no product/color exchange, wherein if the item does not fit you right or the product is broken or even in case of a missing or defective piece, you can raise a size exchange/broken product exchange request by emailing us at nexora018@gmail.com within 36 hours of successful delivery.
Exchange can be availed only once per order, we provide a pick-up service for returns and exchange however the shipping cost has to be borne by the customers only.
Once we receive your parcel, it will undergo a quality check. All items must be unused, unaltered , unwashed and in our original packaging. If the items don’t meet the above criteria it will be refused for any kind of exchange and the same item will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense.
Free size items are not eligible for any kind of exchange or return.
In case the customer has received a damaged/defective piece, pictures or videos while unboxing the parcel needs to be shared with our team within 48 hours of delivery. The video and pictures will be assessed by us and you will be informed if the item is applicable for a return/exchange or not.
In case it is applicable for defects or damage a fresh piece of the same product will be delivered to the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Swimwear, Bodysuits , Lounge wear and lingerie and other items which do not provide return or exchange service (mentioned in their description) are strictly not eligible for any size exchange/returns due to hygiene purpose.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to our pick up person or to the shipping address, will be treated as not returned.
Sale items aren’t eligible for any kind of exchange/return.
Please Note: Nexora reserves all the right "not to process" returns in the following situations:
Return Exceeds the return time limit.
Returning a different Items.
Return items belong to the NON-EXCHANGEABLE/ RETURNABLE category.
Returning without an application or a video of the unboxing process.
Self-inflicted damage to the product while trying on item (Damage refers to make up stains, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, washing powder and odours on the garment).
If the videos and photos of the damage or defect are not found applicable
Please note the below reasons are NOT considered faulty:
Slight Color variation from product photos
Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print/lace patterns and arrangements
Slight size variation of within ± 3cm on measurements
Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, and etc.
Self-inflicted damage to the product while trying on item
Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference
Do not like the product.
Unavailability of any size at the time you placed an order
(Please note if you do not like the quality of the product you can still apply for a return within 24 hours of the delivery however your request may or may not get accepted)
