Refund policy
We have a 3-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a exchange or return.
To be eligible for a exchange or return you must share an unboxing video and pictures, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR RETURN
We only accept returns and exchange if the product you received:
- Is in a damaged condition
- Is missing parts
- Is a different product than the one you ordered
If your exchange request is accepted, we'll provide you with the pick up service for the item.
In the case of a return if your request is accepted, the product will be collected from you and you will receive the refund through UPI or directly in your bank account.
In case your request for defects and damage is found applicable but exchange and return both options are not available you will receive the refund and can keep the defected item (only applicable if request accepted and no other options available).
We provide refunds only through UPI or bank account only.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
